Biography

Graduated from the Novosibirsk State Conservatory named after M. Glinka (2013). From the 2013 till the 2017 was the soloist of the Novosibirsk Opera and Ballet Theater, where he has impersonated the parts of Vladimir Igorevich (“Prince Igor” A.Borodin), Lensky (“Eugene Onegin” P. I. Tchaikovsky), Pinkerton (“Madame Butterfly” G. Puccini).

In the 2017 Ivan made the debut on the stage of “Helikon-opera” in the first night of the opera “Il Trovatore” as Manrico. Joined the troupe of the “Helikon-Opera” in the August 2017. Later he brilliantly impersonated the part of The Unknown Prince (Calaf) in the opera G. Puccini “Turandot”.

Also, in the season 2017/2018 Ivan made the following debuts: the part of Andrew (P. I. Tchaikovsky’s “Mazepa”), Herman in “The Queen of Spades”, Riccardo in the G. Verdi’s opera “Un ballo in maschera”, Sergei in the D. Shostakovich’s opera “Lady Macbeth of the Mtsensk District”.

Now, there are more than 15 roles in Ivan's repertoire, including such significant as Lensky in the “Eugene Onegin” by P. I. Tchaikovsky, Don José in the “Carmen” by G. Bizet, Count Vaudémont in the “Iolanta” by P. I. Tchaikovsky, Calaf in the “Turandot” by G. Puccini.

The young singer takes part in the touring activity of the Helikon-opera in Italy, France, Germany, Greece, Estonia, Austria, Canada and performs as the troupe’s part on different concert venues.
